Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy

The Website is an Internet site available at (having the domain name) www.saveecobot.com.

The Chat-bot is a real-time data transmission technology between a group of persons through relevant software (Telegram, Rakuten Viber, or with certain limitations — Facebook Messenger) for receiving information in the form of messages sent to third parties who may provide their personal data in the process. The Website www.saveecobot.com (hereinafter, the Website) and the SaveEcoBot Chat-bot (hereinafter, the Chat-bot) are operated by the non-governmental organization “Save Dnipro” (SaveDnipro) (hereinafter, SD or we).

User of the Website and/or user of the Chat-bot (hereinafter, the User) means a person who has access to the Website and/or the Chat-bot through the Internet and uses this Website and/or Chat-bot for their own purposes.

Provision of personal data (hereinafter, PD) means actions aimed at disclosing PD to a specific person or a specific circle of persons.

Data subject means the User who has provided their PD to SD.

We have great respect for the confidential (personal) information of all persons without exception who have subscribed to (registered with) the Chat-bot and/or who are Users of the Website and/or the Chat-bot. Therefore, we strive to protect the confidentiality of personal data (information or a set of information about an identified or identifiable individual), thereby creating and ensuring the most comfortable conditions possible for every User when using the Website and Chat-bot services.

This Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy (hereinafter, the Privacy Policy) defines the rules and procedure for processing and storing the personal data of Users of the Chat-bot and/or the Website.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. The User’s use of the Website and/or the Chat-bot constitutes acceptance of this Privacy Policy and the terms of processing the User’s personal data.

1.2. If the User does not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, the User must stop using the Website or the Chat-bot.

1.3. We do not verify the accuracy of the personal data provided by the User of the Website or the Chat-bot.

SUBJECT MATTER OF THE PRIVACY POLICY

2.1. This Privacy Policy establishes SaveDnipro’s obligations regarding the intentional non-disclosure of personal data that the User provides (for example, when using the Website or the Chat-bot, filing a request or complaint, subscribing to informational messages, searching for information by location, etc.).

2.2. Personal data allowed to be processed within the framework of this Privacy Policy are provided by the User by filling in special forms on the Website or in the Chat-bot, or on paper, and usually include the following information:

2.2.1. Full name;

2.2.2. Email address;

2.2.3. Postal address;

2.2.4. Mobile phone number;

2.2.5. Personal signature in graphic format;

2.2.6. Location.

2.3. SaveDnipro also makes efforts to protect personal data automatically transmitted during visits to Website pages, namely:

– IP address;

– cookie information;

– information about the browser (or other software used to access the Website);

– access time;

– information about visited page addresses;

– referrer (address of the previous page), etc.

2.4. SaveDnipro also makes efforts to protect personal data automatically transmitted in the process of sending messages to the Chat-bot, namely:

– User name (nickname);

– list of messages;

– location coordinates, only if requested by the Chat-bot;

– mobile phone number, only if requested by the Chat-bot;

– files of various formats;

– time of message transmission;

2.5. The Website collects statistics about the IP addresses of Website Users. This information is used to identify and resolve technical issues and to monitor the correctness of performed operations.

PURPOSES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

3.1. The purposes of PD processing are:

— ensuring compliance with laws and other regulatory legal acts;

— providing information support to Users who have provided their personal data by any means, including through the Website or the Chat-bot;

— servicing Users’ requests and applications;

— maintaining communication with Website and Chat-bot Users;

— sending information (messages) through the Chat-bot or to the email address, phone number, postal address, etc. specified by the User, including service, promotional, and news mailings;

— establishing feedback with Users;

— determining the User’s location in order to insert relevant information into document templates;

— providing the User with effective customer and technical support in case of issues related to the use of the Website or the Chat-bot;

— preparing complaints, appeals, and requests to supervisory and law enforcement authorities, local self-government bodies, district and state administrations, and local councils at the User’s request.

3.2. The data subject provides PD in the amount necessary to achieve these purposes.

3.3. Consent provided directly by the User for the processing of their PD by checking the relevant box on the Website or pressing the “Yes, I agree” button in the Chat-bot confirms the User’s consent to the processing of their personal data by SaveDnipro and does not require separate written consent for such processing. Such consents are stored electronically.

CONDITIONS OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

4.1. Personal data of the data subject are processed without limitation of time, by any lawful means, including in personal data information systems with or without automation tools.

4.2. The data subject agrees that SaveDnipro has the right to transfer personal data to third parties, in particular to law enforcement authorities, supervisory authorities, local self-government bodies, regional state administrations, and other state and local authorities.

4.3. The User’s personal data may be transferred to authorized public authorities only on the grounds and in the manner established by applicable law.

4.4. Personal information of the data subject remains confidential, except where the User voluntarily makes information about themselves available to an unlimited number of persons.

4.5. If the data subject withdraws consent to the processing of their PD, SaveDnipro shall stop processing such data unless this contradicts Ukrainian law. Consent may be withdrawn by the personal data subject or their representative by sending a written application to the non-governmental organization “Save Dnipro” (SaveDnipro) at the following address: 17 Teplychna St., Slobozhanske urban-type settlement, Dnipro District, Dnipropetrovsk Region, 52005, Ukraine.

OBLIGATIONS AND RIGHTS OF THE PARTIES

5.1. The data subject undertakes to:

5.1.1. Provide correct and truthful information about PD necessary to achieve the purposes.

5.1.2. Update or supplement the provided PD if such information changes.

5.1.3. Take measures to protect access to their confidential data stored on the Website or in the Chat-bot.

5.2. The data subject has the rights granted to them by the applicable laws of Ukraine.

5.2. SaveDnipro undertakes to:

5.2.1. Use the received information exclusively for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy.

5.2.2. Not disclose the User’s PD, except in cases provided for by this Policy and applicable law of Ukraine.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

6.1. The data subject and SaveDnipro bear responsibility for violations of this Policy in accordance with applicable law of Ukraine.

6.2. All disputes shall be resolved by sending a claim (a written proposal for voluntary settlement of the dispute) and providing a response within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt.

6.3. If disputes cannot be resolved through negotiations, they shall be resolved in court in accordance with the applicable law of Ukraine.

FINAL PROVISIONS

7.1. SaveDnipro reserves the right to amend this Policy unilaterally. Amendments are made by publishing a new version of this Policy on the Website and in the Chat-bot. The new version of the Policy takes effect from the moment of its publication on the Website. The previous version loses effect from the moment the new version is approved unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Privacy Policy. If this Policy changes, you will receive notice at least 30 days before it becomes applicable.

7.2. Matters not regulated by this Policy shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.
